How to make a reservation?

• By the web site : for the complete filling of the form to the left of this page.
• By e-mail : send us all the form data on our website on the left of this page.
• By mail : send to the campsite(camping) Le Moulin Mellet the » Route de Prayssas, 47450 Saint-Hilaire-de-Lusignan, after phone contact ,by filling a bulletin of reservation which we shall send you.
• By phone in 05 53 87 50 89

You will receive our « confirmation of availability » as soon as possible.

The deposit

1. After receiving the « confirmation of availability », a settlement amounting to 6 € per night booked will be sent as a deposit. The minimum deposit is 30 € (for bookings up to 5 nights).
2. Clearly indicate your name and the arrival and departure dates on your payment.
3. Upon receipt of your deposit, the reservation is final. We send you a « Booking Confirmation »
4. If we have not received the deposit payment within 8 days after the date of the « confirmation of availability », the reservation is canceled.

Method of payment

You can adjust as follows:

• In cash.
• By Credit Card
• By bank contact us. Upon payment must clearly indicate your name and the arrival and departure dates.
• By Cheque Vacances.
